Completely useless. My very reliable GP said he'd spoken to them on the phone and faxed my prescription to them. When I got there they completely denied this and I couldn't get my prescription. There was no need to lie to me, if they just hadn't got it ready they should have said. The place looks like a hoarder's dream and stinks of mold.
Very good service and staff are always polite and helpful advice. Would recommend to anyone
I love this pharmacy. The staff is extremely helpful, understanding and they have always helped me to sort out all my problems immediately. Almost feel I can rely on them more than on my GP. A big thank you especially to Angela.
Called up about a prescription, was told to hold on a moment, was kept on hold for over 5 mins and then hung up on, called back and query was answered in less then a minute. thanks for wasting my mobile minutes.
No good for online prescriptions ! They never let you know when they are in , or do they ever answer their phone !!!!
