Fantastic service , Very helpful staff and pleasent too.
Never had any problems at all with this chemist.
I have been using this chemist for years. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and helpful as are the staff. Local and efficient it's super handy if you're a customer of Lawrence House.
Nice chemist but the young Turkish girl with black fluffy hair is always rude, when I go in for prescription she will ignore me and serve others and when I'm the only one left she will go out the back and get someone else to serve me, I have no idea why since I don't even know her and have never been rude to her, she needs to go back on a customer service course, if she did in the first place
Rude staff and painfully slow service. Had to wait for 25 min to get a prescription when they clearly weren't busy. It has been the same every time I have gone there. Won't be going back again.
The service is painfully slow. Even for an electronic prescription, you should wait 30min. The staff are neither friendly nor unfriendly, but you always see 2-3 idle staff behind the counter chatting while you wait for a simple prescription.
