Vintage did the driveway for us. Martin and his team are excellent. They did an amazing job and to very high standard. They are very professional and friendly. People walking past our house keep on commenting on how good it looks! We highly recommend them.

I refurbished a property and needed my driveway to be built. Martin and his team were great from the outset. I asked for a quote for my driveway which included demolishing the current drive and building the new drive, including new wall surrounding the drive. The quote was competitive and I had seen some of Vintage Property Solutions driveway work locally so I went with Martin and his team. The quality of work was outstanding. It was within the quote and Martin even threw in a few extras, as I changed my mind regarding a few areas we had discussed during the quotation phase. I was very pleased with the work so I also asked Martin to quote for the back garden which again was a full refurbishment of the garden. The work included levelling the garden, fitting new patio area, new turf, new retaining walls and fence. He also painted existing fences and cut down trees we didn't require which wasn't discussed during the quote and he didn't charge for it, as he wanted the garden to look completely finished. Overall we are very happy with Vintage Property Solutions work. Quality is 5 star and Martin has a great attitude and does what he says. His team have been with him a long time and are all very professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate using them again and would recommend them to anyone else.

Martin & his team have carried out two jobs for me. The first was paving by the side of the garage. A first class job. The second was a new porch. Again a beautiful job & I am so pleased with it. Just recently our Road had a problem with rats & mice & unfortunately one got in the kitchen. The pest control came out & said there was a few holes by some pipes outside which would need to be filled in. Also right at the top of the house just under the roof was a hole. There was also a big hole where the water meter in the kitchen was fitted. I spoke to Martin about my concerns & he said he would send Arthur his Supervisor around at no charge. He said he would do it as a favour to me. Arthur came & had a look. Came back again in a few days with a tin of expanding foam. Arthur & his mate came back a third & cemented all the holes & even fitted two drain covers which he suggested I get from Amazon. I can't thank them enough for their kindness. I have a problem with the patio at the back of the house which Martin will have a look at. There is also repointing at some stage. I would have no hesitation in recommending Martin & his team. A first class & very professional company.

Exceptionally expensive when you compare to other companies. Spoke to a guy on the phone and we discussed my requirements. He got his workers to do the job but they left with out doing what was agreed. What’s the point of a guy visiting to discuss your needs and him not relaying it to the workers. Seriously guys. They came back when I complained and still missed some of the work I paid for which I’m sure they would have done if the guy responsible told the workers. I would not use them again for 3 reasons. 1. Charged me far too much for a small job and did not do as agreed and 2) The people that you chat to that deal with the people actually performing the work do not communicate. Finally, more pricy than others and do nothing special to justify the extra cost

Martin and his team have been professional and a pleasure to work with. He dealth with any concerns promptly and found good solutions and always amenable to help and advise. I am happy with the completed job and have already recommended their work to friends/neighburs.
