What a good find! Joe looked at the roof using a drone enabling us to see what was required and helped him to explain the issues that required attention. His quote was very competitive. We did have to wait a few weeks for the work to be completed, but quite honestly the sign of a good business is the amount of forward-work booked. On the day of the repair the two tradesmen, Alan and Micheal, were excellent: they arrived at the time stated; were very polite and courteous; explained what they were going to do; gave updates on progress and tidied everything away at the end of the job.
