I have coveted RB jewellery for a long, long time so when the opportunity came to purchase a necklace, I knew what designer I wanted to go with. I was searching for something special - contemporary, non-generic, and beautifully made. I contacted Rachel to ask about a couple of items on her website, and ideally I’d have visited the store in person. As that wasn’t feasible in 2020, Rachel sent photos of the pieces I was interested in at varied lengths to show how they look ‘in person’. A very helpful, courteous, and professional business woman. I really like the notion of waiting for my necklace to be made. It feels much more personal, more special. So when it arrived today 6 weeks or so after ordering, I was absolutely delighted: delicate, tasteful, beautifully made. This is my first RB piece, but it certainly won’t be my last.

My boyfriend worked with Rachel to design my engagement ring, and I couldn't be happier with the result! Amazing customer service from both Rachel and Amani when it came to resizing and collection also. It's been a lovely experience!

I approached Rachel for my Fiancé’s engagement ring back in May. Both Rachel and her team were really responsive and so helpful in creating the perfect piece for my partner. Engagement rings are a big financial investment and it was really reassuring having her assurance and input in the design, whilst still making a really personal piece. The design process was smooth and efficient, payments were easy, and the timing of creating the ring went exactly to plan to tie in with my timings for proposal. Great to work with throughout.

I cannot recommend Rachel and her team more. She immediately understood the vision I had for the engagement ring I wanted and managed to source a pair of uniquely shaped and beautiful diamonds that others simply couldn't. The process from there was smooth and quick and the ring and setting are ideal. My fiancee loved the ring so much that we asked Rachel to do a bespoke wedding band too, which was also perfect and managed expertly, even having to navigate through the changes imposed through COVID-19.
