I'm sad to see this Busy Bees have received such low ratings for its previous management! My child has been going there for several months now and we're extremely happy with the staff and the activities they get up to. She's always coming home with arts and crafts, and she's always telling me enthusiastically about her day and is always excited to be dropped off in the mornings. We've noticed that she's come out of her shell a lot since attending Busy Bees. She's become more outgoing, more talkative and has learnt lots of new words too! I highly recommend this nursery!

Very happy with my child’s nursery. Pros: the ladies are very caring and always go the extra to help. Nice rooms and recently updated. Cons: a bit on the expensive side but well worth it! I feel you get what you pay for! New manager seems good as since lockdown more things have been in place. Feel very safe.

Please avoid this nursery. First of all it wasn’t welcoming when my child started as they did not even prepared her individual peg with her photo. After many promises from the nursery practitioners we decided to print out her photo at home and we stuck it on the wall above her peg as she was quite upset about it and did not feel very welcomed. Small thing though but means a lot for a little child. The nursery very unreliable and your child will feel very insecure as the staff turnover is extremely high. (even the managers keep changing everything 3 months which means something...) There is no CCTV in the rooms what I found strange nowadays in a nursery for security reasons and the feedbacks / observations of your child’s development is very poor. Staff are nice though but quite unprofessional as I would have expected more communication from them. I literally had no idea sometimes what my child did during the day. Staff do not put enough effort on EYFS and I found their “teaching” approach quite poor, below standards. Also it’s a nightmare to receive the deposit back once your child leaves and they put the parents in very uncomfortable situations.
