My child's been at Tic Toc for two years and I can't recommend it highly enough. The staff are exceptionally caring, warm and professional, and they provide a huge range of activities for the children, while helping them reach all their developmental targets. It's a joy seeing how excited my child is to go there every day.

Tic Toc is a caring and conscientious, and very professional nursery. My son is 4 years old and has been there for 3 months, and he tells us often that he loves it! The Manager, Kate, is organised and communicative with the parents, and the experience my son has is one of warmth, kindness and fun. The children's days and weeks have a clear structure, and while he assures me that he doesn't do any learning ('only playing', he insists!) his development is self-evident and we have all noticed considerable progress in his language, his thinking and confidence over the last few months. I believe this is due to the focus, care and attention that he receives from his teachers and the nursery staff as a team, and I am so grateful to them for doing such a great job with the children. I was initially hesitant to change nurseries in his last year, but I am now confident that it was absolutely the best decision for him. He will be well-prepared emotionally and developmentally for school next year. Our only regret is that we didn't make the move to Tic Toc sooner.

Both my boys have been at Tic-Toc since they were a few months old and I really cant speak highly enough about this nursery. They have been cared by the most wonderful staff and teachers and thanks to Tic-Toc my eldest son was really ready to start his next venture at Primary School. He left confident, sociable, creative and we feel ahead of the game for Reception. All the staff are so committed to providing the best, happiest and fun environment for the children and i really couldn't leave my boys in better hands. Thank you Tic-Toc Team x

My daughter has been at Tic Toc for over a 1 year now and she absolutely loves it. The staff are so attentive and caring it makes me happy knowing she is in such good hands. They are always planning different activities throughout the day to keep the children entertained and they are very focused on their development, keeping me well updated on my daughters progress. Kate, the manager is fantastic, she runs the nursery very well and as a first time mum is always giving me great advice. I cannot recomend Tic Toc highly enough for anyone looking for childcare in the area.

Whilst my son does not attend this nursery i feel moved to share my experience with Tic Toc as a prospective parent. The staff that I interacted with are attentive, welcoming and sensitive, and the environment was clearly stimulating and inclusive, we felt as if everyone involved in the setting was truely and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of our child, and excited by their philosophy on childcare. it is unfortunate for our family that covid has forced us to relocate otherwise i would have had no problem joining the waiting list - and now we know what standard to look for!
