I have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for someone to get back to me. I was enquiring about my daughter joining the nursery, but I have only received one response email and have yet to receive any further correspondence from the two other emails I have sent! Including my calls to the head office and the voicemail I left. The customer service is diabolical, you would think a place such as a nursery where we would want to leave our darling children would try their best to be attentive to parents enquiring, or the very least respond to an email (which I gave plenty of time for a response for), such a shame as the reviews boast on how well they’re with children.

We love our nursery. Now second son is staying. Older started when he was 8 months. Settled quickly and was happy to go there. Kids eating well in the nursery. Even my choosy first.
