Tim has truly been an excellent agent. Throughout the process I have found him to be very honest, straightforward and helpful. He always sorted out any issues I had and always got back to be if there were any issues. It’s really rare to get an honest agent like Tim these days. If I’m ever looking for a flat in Cardiff again he is the first person I’ll call.

Have been using their services for the last four years or so. truly managed service right from the initial move to ongoing property management. Repairs and other household maintenance always carried out timely and professionally..
My partner and I have lived in a property managed by Cardiff Apartments for the last 2 years and they have always been friendly and approachable. Any problems were addressed quickly and repairs carried out prompty without incident.
A Very good and reliable service and very reasonable on price too, Tim is always available to take calls should a problem arise and nothing is to much trouble. I would highly recommend them.
