Lettings2Sales recently helped me to sell my flat in Cardiff. It was a very difficult time due to various issues beyond our control, particularly of course the Covid-19 pandemic. My boyfriend and I rented an apartment through Lettings2Sales for almost 3 years and we would both highly recommend them. Every time we had even a minor issue with the property, this was dealt with quickly and the communication was great. The process of signing documents and moving in was swift, and easy and this was the same with the moving out process - any questions I have had have been answered in a timely manner and we have never had any issues. Would recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service. We have used lettings2Sales for a number of years and can not fault the service we have been given. Always on the ball with renting the property. We have recently had a refurb Of our property . As we live in England we have relied on Sue Beer and her colleagues to advise and instruct local tradesmen. Fantastic service. Rented a property through Lettings2Sales and they were so helpful and prompt with everything from start to finish. Very supportive, and great lines of communication. Always sorted out anything that needed fixing etc very promptly and have a good network of plumber/electrician/painters etc. Thoroughly recommend - five stars!

Really impressed with Lettings2sales. They booked me an appointment really quickly and guided me through the process with ease. The digital inventory is fantastic - with photos and they fixed an issue I had within 24 hours. As a tenant great job and if I were a landlord totally recommend.
