Just left my tenancy at an MGY managed property. The agents were very responsive & helpful with any queries or issues we had, although the property was in a very good state from move in so very little help was needed. When the end of our tenancy came, the procedure for leaving was made very clear and our deposit was dealt with fairly - very few deductions made & those that were made were fair and priced in line with what the fixes would cost. Overall, a very positive experience with MGY. Would recommend to renters in the area.
