I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

I have used Keylet Executive Lettings and Sales in their Cardiff Bay office over the last four years. They have been very responsive and professional in their dealings with my lettings and sales efforts. Special mention to Cerys of the Lettings team, Jodie in Accounts and Joanne in housing and maintenance. All three have been very helpful and proactive whenever I have any problems. Their office set up with the lettings and maintenance teams located within the same office, which facilities better and more effective communication and response to clients like me. Keep up the good work!

Keylet, through Jack, were super fast, friendly and efficient in getting my apartment advertised, viewed and, on the same day it was advertised, secured several offers. Once we'd agreed which to accept they dealt with the subsequent issues with equal efficiency. I highly recommend them.
