I used Mark King Properties to sell my property, the whole experience was so stress free, Mark gave us a valuation which we agreed on, there was no hidden costs what he quoted was what I received. His company organised everything for us, even solicitors fees were paid by Mark, I didn't have to do anything other than wait for the paperwork to sign. Mark is an honest business man, reliable & trustworthy, his staff were also helpful & always polite. For those who may worry what to do I highly recommend this company as they arrange everything for you & pay all the costs.

I inherited my mums house with my brothers and sisters after my mum suddenly passed away. We all agreed that we were going to do the house up to a good spec and put it on the market for sale. However as time went on we realised that more work was needed than we originally thought, and it was becoming more and more stressful and time consuming, and it was going to take a very long time to sort out. My sister then came across Mark Kings post on Facebook and tagged me. I then contacted Mark King properties and was given a quote for the house within just a couple of days. We decided to take Marks offer and the sale was completed in less than 2 weeks. We received the full amount that Mark had offered, there were no hidden extras or charges, and Mark dealt with everything making it a very simple and easy process for me.
