Bruce Scott was very helpful, paying a visit beforehand to check the lock and measure up so that he had the correct lock on the day. On Saturday,he called me to let me know that he was caught up in traffic and would be 5 minutes late. On arrival he did the work speedily and carefully, and asked me to try the keys in the lock both from the inside and outside. He could not have been more helpful. I would thoroughly recommend him

This was a peace of mind replacement lock for my wife due to the number of brake in's all around us Bruce has given my wife peace of mind with his knowledge about locks and how people brake in through doors that are locked with a standard lock sold with the doors. He was on time replaced all the locks in no time at all we will recommend him to our family and friends

I spoke to Bruce and he came round the same day. After discussion we decided on a particular Ultion lock. He fitted a temporary one and then was back within a week to fit the one we wanted. Bruce also organised for an extra key to be supplied (3 are supplied as standard anyway) If you want quick, reliable service ask for Bruce.

At 2130 we had a family panic after our youngest son failed to contact us and his phone went unanswered for 2 days. I asked Mr Scott to help get my oldest son access to the flat to check to see what had happened ,if anything. Mr Scott immediately offered to go around and check himself. Before that was needed the situation was resolved. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for his instant and caring offer and obvious concern. I highly recommend Mr Scott, a genuine and kind man.
