Amazing service! I went to them in an emergency with a busted wheel with only a couple hours to spare and it was fixed and returned within the hour. Impossible to tell which wheel was replaced! I'm so so grateful, very warm and friendly and incredibly helpful!
I took my Gucci tote bag into KPA for repair recently, and they sourced leather side straps and clip fastenings to the cross-body strap, both of which were colour-matched perfectly! They telephoned me with the quotation for the work before proceeding, which I happily accepted, and was given a date for collection, which was honoured. Most unusual in this day and age! I would be more than happy to recommend this firm. My Gucci bag now has a new lease of life! RS
Couldn't recommend these people enough. I had a luggage bag with a broken wheel that I needed repaired on short notice due to leaving on a trip. It was a large wheel that wasn't the standard sort, so not straightforward to get a replacement.
I have no doubt they went out of their way to repair this for me as they had done it in just a couple days. I am more than grateful for this. The wheel repair was perfect; I didn't think it would be possible to even find a replacement on such short notice.
