I was apprehensive based on being told to do my booking at another centre due to bad experiences other people have had but honestly mine was fine. Simple drop keys in, say hi and bye and come back once the cars done. Time taken was as promised and the shoes of my car came back sparkling. I’d recommended!
Recently visited the tyre centre to replace some tires. Got the Continental ones and the service and time taken was really good. The quality and time taken was well within industry standards and would recommend them.
Got an MOT done here. Gurpreet took my car from me, super polite. He advised me on timeframes and called me when done. Top guy and excellent customer service
I dropped my car to get checked from 0830, at1300 I of to call up and check to find out whats going on. I then call 1600 again to see whats going on, they told me the car would be read for 1645. My car didn't finished until 1750.
No one contacted me during the day, then it was a rush to try an fix my car. They were more interested in collecting the money then fixing my car. An they still didn't solve the problems after paying over £500.
I have made two trips to this centre in two days (emergency replacement battery and an MOT) and on both occasions I was blown away by the level of service. The gentleman that fitted my battery the day before as well as the gentleman on the front desk were both fantastic.
Gurps, the manager on site today and his team made me feel comfortable (which I don’t always get when I’m having my car seen to) and I was very, very happy with the service. I will be using this auto centre again. Thank you very much everyone xx
