After a year I went back today to do my MOT and service for this year. Excellent service like last year! Anees and his colleague were extra helpful and the service is outstanding! Highly recommended!
Reviews by me are not only about how good a service you get as a customer, but also about how well you can look after a customers while you are working on their vehicles. Cleanliness, Toilet Facilities and Waiting area for customers are all taken into account when reviewing. Customer satisfaction should be something you should be offering as standard and is not the only thing I give out 5 stars on. Please check other reviews by myself to compare to see if I have been unfair, as I don't try to upset businesses but should take my review as a way to improve.
Amazying guys they are the best I would 1000% recommend anyone to them for sure trust worthy honest and very helpful thanks to a friend of mine who they recommend me to go to now I recommend anyone going there 😀
I will try to remain short and simple but reasonable with the review. 1st five start costumer service from the beginning to the end. Very polite and professionals dealt with me. 2nd the extra mile which they providing with recorded videos of their work done to your car is something new for me and very appreciated. No many garages will do that. 3rd, the work quality is great too, and free advises about the car are also appreciated. I definitely recommend this garage and will back myself when need.
