I tried to arrange a mortgage and 2 life products at this place after going to see Daniel for a brief consultation but received nothing. I passed by again 2 weeks later but the office was closed so returned again to be reassured he forgot and would call me. A week later I called again to be given another unconvincing excuse. And another final call 4 days later to give him the benefit of the doubt but to no avail. If you want a professional and reliable service, then I recommend elsewhere as this man simply wasted my time. Just read his Facebook reviews before dealing with Daniel Medows! ....As for your response Daniel to suggest that you couldn’t proceed due to my position financially is completely untrue. You are fully aware my previous submitted accounts and income are available to you and perfectly fine according to your advise. To mention a independent third party is pretty poor judgement and my accountant is not preparing my business papers for you but for other work related matters. He however has provided a truly exceptional services for the past 9 years which has been outstanding and 5 star. The simple fact is you did not proceed or correspond at any point. Your attempt to discredit my negative review by suggesting I am not in a position to proceed reflects a bad work ethic and reinforces my opinion. To avoid negative feedback in future I suggest you be considerate and more professional and I wish you well.
