Absolutely scammers , giving different price on website and less than 24 hours on the phone they are changing their price more than double after than that you want to refund they refund you less than half paid £ 168.20 ive got 80£ I don't know where other £28 gone . what you've paid only 8 hours ago . Pure scam . I would rather the drive car without insurance instead getting insurance from them. Only person which I believe his name Fraser . He is absolutely gem . Very helpful and problem solver but unfortunately he wasn't in the office while I am having this issue .

STAFF ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. Had a policy set up for one day took them over two weeks to even issue a refund I also had to supply proof of address before they could do this. Any excuse to hold on to your money longer by the look of it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

Absolute con artists. They quote one price, take your money, then call back to 'validate'. Policy soars in price, and either you pay the extra or the cancellation fee. They do it to everyone. Go straight to the 1star reviews. The 5star ones are clearly fake.

I recently purchased a Van Policy from Nova insurance. It was late at night and I needed insurance to buy and take the van. However, after viewing the van it wasn't fit for purpose, so I cancelled my policy the same evening. I must have had the policy for 2 hours. I contacted Nova the next day to confirm that they had received the the information. They confirmed to me that I would have to pay a administrative charge of £60, I questioned this as no paperwork would of been filled in by a member of staff at such a late hour and that there office hours stated they were closed! I have just now noticed that for a refund you have to do it online and it can take 6-8 weeks, yet it took 2 days to take my payment. I think it's disgusting that it's takes so long for a company to issue back payment.
