Youve Been Cleaned

Great communication from the beginning. They accommodated me needing to change the date for my end of tenancy clean with no complications. The team were excellent in delivering the clean to a very high and professional standard. I would recommend their service to others.

It is disappointing to give two stars for a job that largely went well. Unfortunately it was Darryl's attitude after I mentioned that he hadn't completed the job spec that overshadowed the good work he and his team did. When I mentioned that he hadn't cleaned the front gutter his response was: "We forgot...okay!". Well it wasn't okay because he hadn't forgotten to charge me for it. I asked him to call back and was told his diary is full and he would get back to me. After some further correspondence, to his credit he sent his team back the same day. I was out but he said I didn't need to be in. On my return I could see they'd been because water was everywhere - along the side of the house, in front of the garage and up the front door. Contrary to what Covid-19 precautions would suggest, instead of using their own equipment they'd used my irrigation hose from the garden, which of course sprays water all along its length. Yet when I checked the gutter I could see it was still full of debris. I sent photos to Darryl and he suggested that the photos were a misrepresentation, possibly having been taken on a previous day, because he'd been assured by his team that they had now cleared the gutter. After some lengthy correspondence initiated by me setting a deadline, Darryl finally agreed to return to complete the job. If there's one thing that I dislike more than other people being untruthful, it's others accusing me of that.

Cleaned carpets in house, rugs and sofa back to brand new!!! Oven was also cleaned and also looks brand new!! Great service!!! Defiantly recommend and will be using again!!
