The worst expirience I have ever encountered in my life, I've tried to purches ointment for infection first I was offered very expensive product and then I have noticed cheaper one and the price was 11.99 £ once i went to the till one of the stuff member took the price off and wanted to charge me 19.99 £ ( Amazon price 12£) . I wanted to speak to the manager but was refused, none of the member of stuff wanted to talk to me they basically ignored me . I shall pass this case further and see how well this pharmacy will be doing in the future. Bunch of uneducated people with zero customer skills. I left frustrated but I shall be back to deal with this case until I hear at least apology . Avoid this place if you can is a scam pharmacy .

I feel very disappointed. I had foot infection could not drive car and asked for medication to be delivered only to be told it is £3.00 delivery charge. I only live less than quarter mile from pharmacy. They asked me how old am I as they only deliver free to over 80 years. I am in process changing this pharmacy.

I give 1 star and I'm not doing this lightly. Many times I've gone in here and I'll be waiting 2-4 minutes whilst their staff are talking amongst themselves. Even without any other customers bar myself in the shop. Theres usually 6-8 members of staff behind the counter at one time so I have no idea why they're like this? They've also given me the wrong medication on one occasion but I didnt write it on here before as mistakes can happen. You guys really really need to up your customer service game, I suggest installing a bell so your staff know when a customer arrives.
