Took a much loved item in for repair. Fantastic job.
I really hoped to find a local dry cleaner that I could trust to look after my clothes but unfortunately this wasn't the case.
I asked that they did not pin their tag through my shirts but used the care label instead. They agreed to this.... but then didn't bother to do it.
The flat front trousers that they cleaned were returned with a crease pressed in, and the wool had a darker colour and different feel.
Poor attention to detail, would not go back.
Friendly staff and have been satisfied by the results. Have used for dry cleaning suits and coats, and washing duvets.
