Poor service and cheaters. Company steals the time from the customers. Company demand, from they employees, to work in many other locations in their 8 hour shifts. Very often services in big location requires at least 4-6h service. Cleaners have 3 location in their 8h shifts (including transfer from one place to another) so at the end of the day cleaners cannot do the full service properly because they have no more than 1h to do the service. Of course customer pay hard money for something which cannot be done and for the time which is spend by the cleaners in different customers locations. Be aware of that and don't blame cleaners as it's company's fault and deliberate actions to get more customers and get more contracts for sham service.
Outstanding work carried out on a complicated Estate, with mixed buildings from listed to new build. Great communication and pro-active problem solving, we couldn't be happier.
JM2 cleaned our gutters and did a fantastic job. Daniel and Tom were outstanding, they went over and above for us.

Avoid this company! Expensive and very poor level of quality and reliability. Staff members not motivated constantly on their phone while doing a very superficial sort of cleaning, don't waste your money with JM2! Big SCAM!
