There’s a reason this company ask for payment upfront...
I paid £462 for an end of tenancy clean.
The level of cleaning was incredibly basic, not something you would expect for that amount of money.
When I contacted the company for a re-clean and sent pictures showing dust, grime and hair. They were unresponsive and unwilling to rectify the issues before new tenants moved into the property.
Do not waste your time or money by using this company.
The company was hired to do an end of tenancy deep clean & carpet clean. The bathrooms were cleaned well. However the window frames still had cobwebs on them and the back of the chest of drawers had cobwebs. No big deals, we cleaned it off but disappointed this had been overlooked.
The carpet clean was the biggest disappointment as it felt as if it had just been washed with water. The carpet:
1. Still had a cigarette odour
2. A large stain was left.
This company was asked to return to fix the stain and has refused. Very disappointed.
This is what i am talking about ! Adam just writes loads of english but not solve the problem. I have the email proof wherein you mentioned that booking is not done. If booking is not done then why should you have any problem in returning the deposit.
Will forefeit your deposit, extremely rude, unprofessional and dragging!

person is highly inflexible, and unprofessional. despite paying £80 towards deposit, now Adam Mayer is refusing to honor the deposit. He is refusing to give me services !
Great at talking me through my quote. Price was competitive and booking was super easy as I did it all on line. Staff turned up at agreed time and got right to it with out disturbing me. Happy to use again.
