Agadir in Morocco was my first yoga retreat. I'm new to yoga so didn't really know what to expect. Well . . . it was fab. The venue was perfect and the yoga was really enjoyable. It was great to get up to a morning yoga session which definitely woke me up & put my body in the 'right place' for the rest of the day. Then another session at the end of the day was perfect. I met lots of new great people and am looking forward to my next trip with BACK TO NATURE

I was incredibly grateful to assist the beautiful Jo Fox on her Back to Nature Yoga Retreat in February, 2016 in Sweden. We were two hours north of Stockholm in a magical place called Shambala Gatherings. The lake in front of the studio was completely frozen over and the snow had covered everything in sight. The delicious organic and vegan meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner were lovingly and thoughtfully created. Jo is a sincere, particular and knowledgeable teacher who skilfully creates a practice suitable for beginners through to experienced yogis. Her savasana is heavenly. We practiced yoga, ate, walked through the forest, spent time in the sauna (with a few naked snow dives) and napped. It was glorious.
