Fortunately I never had to claim, but overall experience with this company is the worst I ever had. After 1 year of car insurance without any excesses they gave me higher offer. Never use this company, especially in this pandemic time, which they are using to cut all possible ways for direct contact with customer.
The worst of the worst company you can ever think of stay away!!!! Never never work with them, i wish them to shut down they are all in this scam together.
Worst experience from an insurance company nothing is straight forward even if this is the cheapest pay more and use another company!!
