Rubbish service via AXA insurance. Followed by body kraft and enterprise car hire. They do not have customers best interests at heart. Not at all understanding of customers needs. A non fault accident has cost me time off work and money when the whole point of insurance is so your not inconvenienced. You Will Be better Off speaking to at fault drivers insurance so these monkeys don't make money out of you
They are truly awful people to deal with. Avoid them if possible. They sneer at you and are deliberately obstructive and will laugh at you on the phone as they wind up up.
They are the last thing you want to have to deal with if you've suffered an accident.
Somehow they got the contract to "handle" Ford Lease vehicle claims so I have no choice in the matter with my Ford Lease vehicle, but what I have done is cancel my next Ford Lease vehicle so that I never have to deal with these despicable people ever again.
