Beware the owner is a fraudster, think twice before trusting to work for her she makes staff work and doesnt pay them if they leave, she has no standards of childcare. Dont trust your child being their.
My little boy joined this nursery when he was 18 month old. He spend one year and three months at this nursery until the lockdown. The nursery was not very supportive during this global pandemic. We had to give a two term notice to leave the nursery. This is the most ridiculous requirement from a nursery. I definitely not recommend to other parents for this nursery. Please read carefully the contract before signing it.
The owner tried to force a new contract upon us without any notice.
When I said I was not happy with this, the owner slammed the door in my face.
The owner then used abusive language.
I am very disappointed!! This is not professional behaviour!
The owner asked us to take our child home and is currently withholding £1000 of our money.
Expect legal action to follow!!
