Simon's classes are fantastic, all done at a pace that suits everyone. He caters for all levels and abilities in a relaxed and friendly manner. I now incorporate the stretches I have learnt in my daily routine as it helps with the aches and pains that come with age. I have found my posture is getting better as I regularly stretch, I wish there were more classes as that would help maintain my flexibility and posture. Great class, totally recommend to anyone.

Yoga for blokes! Great teaching by Simon in a friendly inclusive environment (no 'bendy Wendys' to make you feel out of your depth). Just give it a go - I was doubtful I would keep it up but have done so for over a year and feel so much better for it.

Fantastic tuition by experienced instructor. All levels catered for. Used to have back issues which have not returned since I’ve been attending classes. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend 👍

I regularly attend Simon’s classes and have done so for over a year now since he first began teaching. I always look forward to my early Saturday morning sessions with him and take them with me wherever I go, whether winding down a trip to the gym, or doing before work stretches. Just this morning I did his welcome the sun routine, literally on a Riad rooftop at dawn in Marrakesh whilst on holiday. I’m 54 now so you’re never too old to give it a go, but beware, you’ll get addicted!
