I was so excited to be going to Tiffany's to buy birthday gifts but I felt that the lady was trying to rush me. I knew which earrings I wanted but my husband was trying to persuade me to buy a necklace so we were looking at them then the lady was asking me to just pay for the earrings as they have been put through the till but I was trying the necklaces on. In this time another customer came in who was clearly going to spend more money than I was and it was clear where she wanted to be. I didn't get the girls name (S Siddiqui on the receipt)but it ruined my Tiffany's experience. This was a once in a lifetime for me for a special birthday and I was a burden to the lady. I love what I bought but it wasn't the experience I expected and was left a bit disappointed.

I am very disappointed, and heartbroken with a situation what have happened with me and how I/ we were treated by Tiffany. My husband was on a business trip where he bought a necklace to surprise me from Heathrow International Airport (LHR), Terminal 5. I didn’t really like the set and we decide to return the item. After talking to the branch manager, we sent the necklace via DHL with proper declared amount. Which is 1854 pounds. Even though we explained and confirmed with the branch manager that it will be over the return policy period before sending the item to return (as it was approved), the return address was the warehouse address, Heathrow Shopper Promise. And all the problem started there. The warehouse team not only denied returning the product, but then they sent an empty package back to us in Canada. When we called about the empty product, they denied the empty package. They also declared value of only 45 pound and described the item as fake diamond that really shows they didn’t even care about Tiffany’s reputation. I don’t know what to say, just unacceptable and non-professional behavior. Nobody even bothering to look for it. I am sure there are surveillance in the warehouse. By taking a little extra step this issue can be resolved, however, one of the world’s best jewelry companies’ representatives are not looking forward to do good customer service.

Somehow, you (and your wallet) "get relaxed" before your flight.... so I am not trying to come inside of places like Tiffany.... but I usually will...
