Was a loyal customer for years and always had been happy with the work and the service. Not sure what's gone wrong but I spent the last 6 months trying to complete a simple repair. I was mucked around, lied to and endlessly fobbed off before finally taking the car to another garage who sorted it out in a couple days. Only stuck by Holland Park for so long because I'd not had these kinds of problems before. I never ever heard back from Ray, even after taking my key back to take the car to the other garage.

Ray serviced and MOT’d my ten year-old Audi. He has an exceptional customer service mentality and was a genuine pleasure to deal with. He was also very honest. For example, he identified an issue with the battery and insisted on testing it in front of me to show the fault, despite my insistence that I believed him (it was going flat on a weekly basis). He clearly takes pride in running an honest business with a long heritage. I would recommend his garage very highly.
