I attended a course at Cardiff First Aid Centre in April 2018 (the 1-day EFAW). Alan was the trainer and I have to say it was the best First Aid course I have ever been on! In the past, I always dreaded going on these courses, but this one was great! It was a great practical experience, lots of fun and the group was lovely. Alan obviously really enjoys what he does and he put everyone at ease straight away. I have been telling everyone to do this course, I feel so much more confident as a First Aider now and I know this is down to the quality training. Thanks guys! :-)
