I used this launderette for a service wash in the past and it was great. Tried again yesterday and it's just unreliable. She texted to say it was done, and as it was raining (heavily) I waited until the rain stopped. Service desk closed mid-afternoon. 3 hours earlier than is advertised as the opening times within the launderette's. I texted, she said come tomorrow. I came the next day, service desk closed (although it should be open from 9-5 on Sundays), and after a few text messages she said that she'd come between 11-12. I waited for an hour. She didn't come, nor did she communicate. 40 minutes later I get a where are you text. So she expected me to wait for an hour 40 minutes to pick up my service wash. Service washes are for people who are really busy and she has wasted my time. The lack of communication is just disrespectful. Completely and Utterly unreliable.

Very bad place with harsh and unprofessional treatment from both reception and owner! Never go there again.

I've been here already few times and never had any issues. The lady at the counter is nice and professional. This place is tidy, with local shops next door. 50p for 5min of drying is a bit pricey, but dryers are efficient.

The female staffmember is outstanding. She adds glitter to the place. She is people oriented and has good customer service skills.
