I love this place its clean and has a fresh smell when you get in. Has leaned my clothes for over 10 years highly recommended
Better than ocean dry cleaners who dye clothes and charge atleast your clothes come out clean
Brought 4 items to be dry-cleaned (£7.50 per item)
- Coat (Ruined - returned with detergent stains)
- Dress (Looked clean - but could still smell stale deodorant)
- Trousers (Looked fine)
- Another coat (Looked fine)
The proprietor refused to give me a refund on the top two and refused to acknowledge that coat was ruined. Took them to another dry cleaner across the road (Pearl), who confirmed that R&J did in fact ruin the coat.
Making an official complaint with Trading Standards UK.
Gave my sofa covers to get them dry cleaned.the old guy with glasses in the shop gave them back and when i came home they smelled really bad i had to go back and speak to him with his reaction i could tell he just ironed them and thats it. This guy is a fraud !!! Do not go to him!
