Terrible service, expect you to pay up front then don't even do your laundry, and they steal your laundry. Never use them again, scumbags.
Had really many bad experiences with this laundry shop. In short, avoid and find other nearby options.
Put a 2 months old jacket in for dry cleaning and paid £10 for a next day service. They managed to destroy it. After going there every 2-3 days for 4 weeks they finally gave me back the money that I originally paid for the jacket as I luckily had a receipt. They never gave me back the £10 I paid to have it dry cleaned. They tried to fob me off many times, lied about the manager having ordered a new jacket for me, all to avoid paying for a new one. And they have stolen my £10 that they should have paid back as the dry cleaning wasn't actually done!!! Don't use this place!!! There are other places
