Awful service, asked for a new zip to be added, first time round they added a rusty zip. Second time the zip broke straight away. I asked for them to correct, point blankly refused and advised zips aren’t guaranteed - “not my problem”. The owner was very aggressive, pointing and shouting at me. So I have come away with a zip that doesn’t work and a pair of smelly trousers! They were brand new!
