Mel cleaning are very professional and effective cleaning service. I have used them many times and trust them totally. They can deal quickly and efficiently with allsorts of cleaning issues. The staff take good care of the rooms that they are cleaning. I also use their carpet steam cleaning service which always makes the carpets look terrific. Whenever I ring to make a booking, the office staff are very helpful and friendly.
Very responsive, attentive and smooth-running cleaning services. I have enquired online, lady at the office got back to me in a matter of hours and has made the arrangement for the next day deep cleaning after my tenants left our rental flat in east London. Highly recommended.
We used Mel Cleaning for regular cleans and End of tenancy after that. We are very happy with the service, the cleaners are very polite and trustworthy. The team that did the End of tenancy cleaning was amazing! Definitely will recommend them!

We booked a cleaner for a friend's holiday house we had been staying in last week. We arranged everything for Sunday morning at 8am, and (given we have three kids under six) breathed a sigh of relief that we could relax and enjoy our last morning without having to clean a house. Sadly the cleaner didn't show up, citing a puncture as the reason they would be half a day late. This is not a realistic excuse, and also totally unprofessional. Whilst the lady my wife dealt with was very understanding, it ultimately meant we spent a stressful morning cleaning around small children.
