Score should be zero. Today I called before and arrived at around 16h31. The closing times as advertised was 20h00. I would have been finished at 18h00 latest. I have used this business weekly and the managing lady was always very pleasant to me. Today there was an abusive young man managing related to the shop owner who obviously wanted to close earlier than normal. When I tried to do my laundry he physically removed my clothes. He also said the water pumps would stop which did not make sense. When I said I am engineer and did not believe him, he told me to leave. As customer I was turned away impolitely and rudely. Obviously the management here know nothing about business and the importance of customer relationships for business sustainability and success. Will happily go to another laundry.
