Fibre-Clean is a very professional and trust worthy company. I contacted Paul in regards to a valuable Persian rug to be cleaned. Paul was very thoughtful with his approach to what was required to get the rug back to near pristine condition using his 40+ years of experience.
Paul’s attention to detail and customer service was the deciding factor when choosing the right company for the job, as all the other companies I contacted didn’t take the time to ask for pictures and a full description of the rug or show any professionalism, Paul was the only person who actually cared about the rug and was committed to doing the right job.
When returning the rug Paul informed me that the rug was a valuable item and presented a full history and makers information. This shows how passionate and professional Paul is to his customers and his work. The level of service and professionalism showed by Fibre-Clean warranted further work to be carried out, which again was done to a very high standard.
I recommend Fibre-Clean, simply because they’re very professional and they care.

Just Excellent!! Sofa came up like new, Paul showed us a sample of carpet cleaning which we thought was beyond repair.. Went ahead and had it all cleaned... Ding! Clean carpet too. Amazing service, highly recommended.
