‘Jan’ the wonderful wonder-women at Russell-Parry, is amazing! I can’t say or express enough my gratitude and amazement at this woman’s efforts and professionalism to resolve a messy issue caused by my insurance company and their (Hastings) middlemen concerning my vehicle which was booked for repairs and the collection of a courtesy car. To keep it short my vehicle wasn’t brought to Russell-parry even though I booked it in for that day on the Hastings website. So straight away Jan told me that without my vehicle there, I wouldn’t be able to take out a courtesy car. I explained what procedures I took regarding my insurance claim and their instructions. So with this confusion starting to take fruit, Jan saw something very wrong in all this so she went to work on the phones to everybody involved. And man did they get it! By the end of a good hour or two Jan finally and forcefully was able to get my insurance company to send over a cover note for the courtesy car. She located my car and where it was being held (none of which my insurance company informed me of). Even though my car hasn’t been touch by the Russell-Parry garage team yet... after Jan’s amazing attention, efforts and compassion towards me and my young son, who (thanks to Hastings) were really stuck with nowhere to go. I would say that if this is the service I get from a company that hasn’t even received the job yet, I’m pretty sure they do a hell of a job once they get it. Jan your fantastic!! She deserves and pay rise plusthe added Xmas & New Years bonus!!

Our car needed some repairs and Kieran and his team were helpful and thoroughly professional throughout the entire process. We spoke about what was required, how much this would cost and how long it would take, and all of these objectives were delivered as discussed as well as a progress update to let us know how it was going prior to completion. Highly recommended.

Fantastic team to deal with, from the beginning of the terrible accident to fully repaired van. A special thanks to lady at the reception ,she is the warmest person as far I have meet.
