I took my car in for a service today. It went very well. I especially appreciated his flexibility and professionalism. Great service, thank you!
I was trying to contact them for 3 days straight to arrange a car service but no answer I left messages and nothing. Very disappointed
I wish I could give them 5 stars but the service wasn't safe at all.
I went to get a 54 point car service with them and explaining there was a problem with one of the brakes leaking oil, he was surprised about it but he agreed to check. He wasn't able to find the problem. He advised me to change the brake fluid (£55) completely and start from there.
After asking him if the car would pass the MOT, he said without a problem.
What was my surprise when 2 days after I took the car to ATS Euromaster to get the MOT done and it FAILED due to a brake caliper leaking fluid. You take your own conclusions.
Extremely impressed with this place. Booked in via Group On. Was worth the trek from Putney. Excellent value, Rafael was very helpful, explained any extra costs up front and helped out with future advice. Car was cleaned inside and he sorted out my fuse for free! Really great place and will go back.
