Always very friendly, didn’t get annoyed when I had to add more to the job/quote because I hadn’t listened to what my boyfriend said. Was very apologetic when couldn’t have my car ready for the weekend (that being my fault) and offered me a car and were apologetic it wasn’t a Mercedes. Love these guys, they’ve done services, MOTS and dealt with anything else needed. Highly recommend especially for the ladies, their toilets are also very clean.
The staff here were really helpful. At the end of the day most faults are diagnosed by electronics nowadays but dealing with specialists is reassuring, especially when the car costs a lot. It was very good to have helpful insight from the guys I dealt with and they're also very close to a nice little cafe, which was a added bonus when waiting for work to be carried out (which was also very prompt). Definitely have a long term customer from me!
As always the personal service and care for your vehicle given by Star Tec is first class. Dee, Graham Joe and the team are knowledgable and will take the time to discuss your car with you and the best way to have you back on the road as quickly as possible.
I am grateful that I found Star Tec; their advice and expertise has kept me on the road for tens of thousands of miles across the UK and Europe without any breakdowns. When I do experience an issue, I have full confidence that it'll be resolved promptly.
It's worth noting that they also collect and return your car, so the convenience of a dealership, with higher standards and attention to detail.
