I can't rate these guys highly enough. The booking process was easy. The engineer arrived on time and did a great job in retro-fitting the reversing camera.

Great company, really helpfull
Thoroughly excellent service. The infotainment unit on my Octavia vRS had an intermittent fault that they traced back to a problem with the motherboard. The Skoda dealer could only offer to trade the unit in for a new replacement at a cost of more than twice the amount charged by Sat Nav Systems. Hamid was extremely polite and took considerable time to investigate and explain what was going on. I definitely recommend this company.
A few of my radio knobs broke after only a couple years use. I couldn't find anywhere that sold replacements until I contacted Satnav! Hamid was very professional, responsive, and transparent about cost. He even sent me replacement parts the next day!
Made contact to get satnav and radio for VW fitted, excellent customer service, booking, friendly reception and great technical service.
