I have used their MOT service previously but my latest experience has left me looking for another garage. Contacted Community Motors 18 days before expiry of my MOT they then book it for 31/12 . At 7.30 of 31st they advise that appointment is at 10.00am ( I was going to take car at 8.00am when they open ). I arrive 10 minutes late and they refuse to take the car because they have decided to close early. They were completely aware that the MOT was due to expire on the 2/1 . So despite contactacting them well in advance I am now having to spend time to find an alternative over the holiday weekend .

Had my car serviced with Community Motors. Put a quote in and got a fast response - given current events. Additional work had to be done, which they rang me to notify and ask whether I wanted to have the work done. After the work and service was completed (all in the same day), they issued me with a report detailing the car's health and if there was anything else that needed changing. Amazing customer service and would recommend!

They have always provided a good honest service to me, and looked my car at short notice and kept me on the road. They tell you what needs doing and any recomendations, not all the rubbish some other garages make up and try to sell you. Would recommend to anyone to use them

I genuinely love this garage! It's so good to find a garage that I actually trust and that is reliable. The guys are always so helpful and friendly too. On top of that, it's been set up on fabulous principles to play a genuinely useful and important role in the community. It's not just about the money for them: they want to make a difference to the lives of young people who are from disadvantaged backgrounds or who simply don't get on well in formal education. Community Motors provides them with transferable skills that will set them up with decent jobs. I have so much respect for the guys who set up.

The selfish part of me wants to not leave a good review as I wouldn’t want Community Motors to get too busy to deal with my vehicles but this is the best garage I have used in years. Carried out extensive repair work to my vehicle resulting from a failed MOT test including work to repair and replace exhaust parts, ABS issues and fitting new suspension arms. Kept me fully up to date on costs and did everything when they said they would. First class.
