I had timing belt and coolant pump changed last week. Not a small amount of repair cost especially when coolant pump wasnt the target for repair. Chris was awesome when i asked why both should be changed together. His wealth of experience supported his logic reasoning to answer my question. Felt having a peace of mind and more importantly understanding why the cost was a necessity. Highly recommended.
Other than my mobile mechanic, the only other place that work on my car are the mechanics at this branch. Its not just because they're walking distance to where I live, but because of their professionalism, quality of work and friendliness. I always feel that nothing is too much for them and everything is explained clearly. This visit was no different, so another happy customer.
Had my MOT inspection done at this branch and I can highly recommend it. The price was right the staff very courteous and helpful. Very easy to book online, drop the car off, leave the keys, receive phone call and email when completed, couldn't be easier.
Took my not very old Hyundai i10 here for an mot and service. There was a deal on for both, not the best value for money, but about average. I was able to book easily and within a decent time scale. What was really nice, was the staff,- both the lady who greeted me and the man who was in her place when i collected my car. They had my car for half a day, which i feel is fair, and communicated with me very well. It's great that they are so local. Thank you for your great customer service.
Customer service was helpful and polite. A good quick as possible turn-around on my vehicle repair, Fault inspection explained in detail of their findings, Covid rules are in place. will be using this garage again.
