Absolutely outstanding customer service. Had a puncture, so arranged for their mobile unit to come out to get my tyre replaced. They did this quickly, efficiently and with no fuss. Very reasonable prices too. Will be using again. Thank you.
Took my car here to have nails removed from 2 tyres. I was given an appointment within the hour and was quoted for possible replacement tyres which were in stock. As I live locally I left the car with them. After inspection one of the team rang me to say that once the nails were removed it was clear that the carcass had not been punctured and no further repair was required. The car was available for collection within 30 mins and best of all free of charge. Great service!
Highly recommend these guys if you need new tyres. I needed replacements last minute after finding a flat tyre and being recommended to come and see Surbiton Tyre and Wheel. Knowing I had a longer distance journey within a few days, they gave me a number of options and I came in within 24 hours to resolve. Thanks
