Sometimes mistakes happen but rectifying them professionally are a key to a fantastic customer experience. Part of a two-piece duvet set unfortunately went missing. When advised, Laundri was expedient in apologizing, seeking my advice on a suitable replacement article, procuring a new article and having it shipped to my house. They were in constant communication.
I have been going to this premises a lot of the years, but the new ownership has made vast improvements to the shop, the treatment of it's customers, and it's contribution to this community. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again (and I will!). Great addition to this neighborhood.
Excellent quality cleaning. Very impressed by the shop and the service provided. Would recommend to anyone wanting amazing cleaning and I will be happily visiting again for more cleaning.

Words can't explain how happy I am with Laundri's service, but I'll give it a go. Took in a coat that holds a lot of sentimental value to me, it needed the entire inside lining to be ripped out and a fresh set put in. I was sceptical at first that they wouldn't be able to find similar material (and colour) for a Ted Baker coat but I was pleasantly surprised. They included a free dry clean and once I collected it, it looked and felt like a brand new coat. I can't thank them enough.
I was met by warm, welcoming and attentive staff, who were patient and provided an exceptional service to myself, having additionally throughly explained the process of the service I had required. I would most definitely recommend the use of this dry-cleaners to others.
