I went to move a basket containing plastic bags and softner that was sitting in front of some tumble dryers, thinking that someone put it there and left while they wait for their clothes to dry. Instead of speaking to me and letting me know it was hers, the lady working there aggressively grabbed me by the arm shouting at me not to touch her basket. She said she works here part time and she was drying her clothes in the machine beside me. We're in a lockdown due to a pandemic - please remind your staff not to grab customers due to a simple thing. Please check your CCTV between 12:40 and 1pm today.

Lovely service! Great machinery. Nice, welcoming atmosphere. My clothes feel and smell cleaner than when I wash at home with the same detergent.

Rubbish service, attendant that works on Sunday morning is very rude, she needs to learn manners. She sits and backbites about her colleagues. She thinks she’s better than everyone else that works there. People come and leave because she’s so unapproachable, she’s bad for business. I wish someone would let the owner know what she’s up to in there. I wanted to do a wash and asked for help she just wasn’t bothered to help. Someone wanted to use a dryer even though one was free she sent them away, saying there are no dryers. She closes early when she works in the evenings.
