Poor customer service, unprofessional and slow
I paid for an express service in advance making sure my blazer will be ready before i go on Holidays they told me it won’t be a problem at all. Next day when i went to collect my blazer apparently the guy who deliver the clothes forget it somewhere...in the end I couldn’t bring my blazer with me on my holidays. When I got back from my holidays I explained everything to a girl who did more care on file her nails than what i was saying and of course she didn’t do anything or gave me a discount for it...Never go back!
WORST dry cleaners in area TAKE NOTE THIS IS THE SAME dry cleaners Clothing Care from Roman Road, read their reviews as well and you will be horrified. They literally did not take any of the stains out even though they were clearly listed on the receipt. They said they "are not obliged to remove stains", I didn't even want a refund just wanted the stains removed but they refused. I was extremely polite and calm while the staff was beyond rude... couldn't believe it, this is the first Dry Cleaners I have ever been to that doesn't remove stains? Good joke though!
Recently moved to the area and have been coming here for a little over a month usually with dresses. Great for getting stains out, even my red wine. Prices are very reasonable. Friendly customer service.
Terrible experience and very unprofessional. I went here to get a pair of standard keys copied for my flat. The man behind the counter made keys that didn’t work. When I came back to tell him, he adjusted the same key and said 1) it might not work, 2) he didn’t want to make a new key until I tried this one because he’d “lose the keys” and 3) he was happy to make me waste my time going back and forth to my flat trying these bad key copies.
After all that, they STILL didn’t work. I went back to ask for a refund and HE DIDNT EVEN SAY SORRY!
Went in store last week & was greeted by a very polite young lady, she booked multiple of my shirts in for a dry clean & they was in store to collect the very next day all very well presented & wrapped up.
Good quality service & EXELLENT customer service, could not ask for more from a dry cleaning company. I will be back again.
