Horrible customer service. I left a piece of clothing, which I needed quick for work t,hey said it takes 5 days to get it fixed (a metal bottom), after one week I arrived to collect my trousers and apparently they couldn't fix it and asked me to wait 30min to do it on the spot... Asked for a discount and they answered in a rude way - That they can't. ' Go to another shop. Don't waste your time and money. '
Really unprofessional, speaks rudely and doesn't know the concept of customer service. Also completely messed up my order and didn't fix what needed to be fixed and instead did something completely different to my clothes than what I asked for which ended up ruining them and the reaction was with attitude and indifference rather than apologetic. Really appears to not actually care about doing a good service and it is one thing to just not care, but then to also be verbally abusive and rude back when they've made mistakes is another level.
The service here is terrible and the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They will not take responsibility for any mistakes they make (even if they ruin your clothes) and will abuse you if you ask about it.
The worst customer service ever, I was verbally abused and called a liar because the owner made a mistake and hemmed my jeans instead of fixed the zipper. He is a scary dangerous man
